# SUDX Agent Guide

1. Read the manifest at `/design/assets/manifest.json` and the laws.
2. Copy the required foundation locally: `sudx-tokens.css`, `shadcn.json`, and
   `shadcn.css`.
3. Copy only the recipe files for families the product adopts.
4. Preserve identity, accessibility, semantic color, data, and motion law.
5. Keep component source, composition, density, domain semantics, navigation,
   and product-specific data presentation in the consumer.
6. Never import SUDX assets at runtime; the local copy must render alone.
7. Record the copied manifest digests, foundation, adopted families, and verification
   in consumer-owned adoption and evidence records.
8. Record every local semantic addition or deviation. A deviation record names
   the surface, what departed, its status, its owner, and the action that
   follows from that status; a status and an owner alone leave the owner
   guessing what is being asked of them.
9. Verify every adopted family in the target product's own runtime; do not
   claim compatibility for unused or unverified families.
10. Propose proven transferable improvements back to SUDX instead of silently
    forking the system.
